Delightful stay, spacious rooms, clean and comfortable, excellent breakfast and executive lounge package, helpful and attentive staff, amazing hospitality.

Not obvious to find.

The hotel is conveniently located right next to the Intex exhibition center, making it an excellent choice for business travelers. It is also not far from Hongqiao airport, providing easy access for those flying in and out. The hotel facilities were clean and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast included in the package was delicious and had a good variety of options.

Nothing that I didn't like.

The hotel may be a bit old, but it is still in good shape. the location was perfect for my needs, with a supermarket and 7/11 nearby. And I was pleasantly surprised by the reasonable internet speed, which allowed me to stay connected with download speeds of around 30Mb/s.

One downside was the small swimming pool, which made it difficult for those wanting to exercise or do swimming training. Additionally, the hotel could use some updating to modernize its facilities.

Exceptional service at Jin Jiang. The staff went above and beyond to help me with directions and made sure I had everything I needed. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the breakfast buffet had a great selection. I had a delightful stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable, with extra pillows already provided. We also appreciated the good internet connection in the room, although there was a charge for usage. The location was convenient, with easy access to taxis and a short walk to the nearest metro station. We found the staff to be extremely helpful, particularly the concierge who went above and beyond to assist us. The hotel facilities, including the breakfast and executive lounge, were top-notch, providing a satisfying meal and evening happy hour with plenty of food. The employees in these areas were exceptional, always ensuring we had everything we needed and even helping us carry our food to the table.

Great hospitality, friendly staff, and excellent customer service. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable, even providing an in-room cooler when the air-conditioning wasn't cooling. The gym and breakfast were both good, and we particularly enjoyed the Sunday brunch buffet. The hotel's location was convenient, with a park, malls, and restaurants within walking distance.

The hotel can be a bit dated, and some areas may need refurbishment. The swimming pool was small, not ideal for serious swimming training.

The hotel is located in a quiet business area and is close to the Exhibition center in the Jing-an area. It is also conveniently near the airport. The room was clean and cozy, with great linen and pillows. The service was attentive and polite. Although the breakfast was a bit boring with no variety, the concierge was helpful and tried their best to assist with any needs.

The check-in process was a bit bumpy and the staff seemed indifferent to my concerns.

Great location close to the Convention Centre with easy access to public transportation. Spacious and clean rooms with comfortable beds. the executive lounge had a good selection of snacks and drinks, and the staff was very helpful with infant grandchildren, even carrying their food to the table.

Some of the staff had trouble communicating in English and the outside concierge was not very helpful. the coffee shop was overpriced for drinks, and the Italian restaurant on the 27th floor was expensive.
