The Sheraton Futian couldn't have a better location. It is literally right on top of a subway station that serves two lines, making transportation incredibly convenient. Additionally, it is very close to a big shopping mall, and the city center, which is near the Futien Highspeed Railway Station. The cleanliness of the hotel facilities is impeccable, and the staff goes above and beyond to provide exceptional service. The breakfast offered at the hotel is top-notch.

The hotel is conveniently located in the city, making it easy to walk to Coco Park. The staff, including Nancy, the customer service manager, were extremely friendly and kind, ensuring a comfortable stay for our family.

I recently stayed at Sheraton in Futian for four nights. The hotel's central location was perfect for exploring the city, with plenty of shops, restaurants, and pubs nearby. The executive lounge offered delicious drinks and snacks, and the staff at reception were particularly pleasant. The room was comfortable, and the hotel provided easy access to the metro line and taxis. I will definitely stay here again.

The location in the CBD was perfect for my business trip. The room was clean and comfortable, and the bathroom was spacious. The best part was the outstanding customer service from Katrina and Young. Katrina went above and beyond to address a small concern I had and actually had the hotel change the shampoo bottles. Young made me feel like a friend with her friendly and attentive service. my experience at the Sheraton in Futian was fantastic, and I highly recommend it.

The Futian area where it is situated is a nice and vibrant financial district, with plenty of restaurants, malls, and amenities nearby. Guests also praised the spacious and well-decorated rooms, comfortable beds, and the availability of two bathrooms in certain room types.

The suite was great and offered two cool facts: a good view from the window and a comfortable bed, which was perfect for my new year’s stay. the hotel’s location was perfect, as it was close to key areas such as shopping centers and restaurants. Another great advantage of the hotel was the staff’s service, which was very helpful and made my stay even better.

The hotel charged extra for the internet, which was not expected and disappointing for a hotel of this caliber. the swimming pool required guests to have a swim cap, but the hotel was not prepared with enough for everyone to use.
