This hotel is exceptional! The breakfast buffet is enormous, offering a massive variety of food. The gym is amazing, and there is even a free ping pong table and yoga room. The rooms are very clean and fresh, with great amenities. The location is ideal, especially if you are visiting the Louvre International Furniture Exhibition Center in Shunde. The staff on the 11th floor check-in counter and the ground floor are professional, polite, and always welcoming.

The wait for the lift during the day was a letdown, as only one was operational and many guests had to queue up.

The breakfast was incredible, with a great variety of delicious options and a stunning view of the city. , the staff were incredibly helpful and always went the extra mile to make our stay more enjoyable. The location was perfect, with easy access to public transportation and local attractions. Plus, the complimentary amenities were a huge perk that made our stay even more memorable.

That some members of the staff had difficulty communicating in English, which sometimes made it challenging to get information. But overall, this was a minor inconvenience and didn't detract from our overall experience.

Our stay at Sofitel was absolutely wonderful. The hotel exudes true luxury with stunning decor in the post-modern style. The furniture is stylish and lavishly decorated. The breakfast buffet is enormous, covering two rooms and offering a massive variety of food. The gym is amazing, and we enjoyed the free amenities like the ping pong table and yoga room. The Italian restaurant onsite served some of the best Italian food we've had in China. it was an incredible value for money.

From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed by the staff, who were kind and professional, and always went out of their way to help us. The location was just perfect, with beautiful views from the rooms and easy access to the nearby mall. The luxurious amenities, including the indoor pool and spa centre, were amazing and fulfilled all of our exclusive needs.

Although the restaurant had an impressive breakfast buffet spread, we were disappointed that some of the dishes were served cold and not well-cooked. However, the food that we did enjoy was top-notch and the service was impeccable.
