I recently stayed at a luxurious hotel near SKP Mall center and it was a fantastic experience! The rooms were spacious and the bathroom was pristine. The service provided by the staff was top-notch, with a concierge who went above and beyond to help us explore the city. The breakfast spread was delicious and had a wide variety of options. The hotel also had great facilities, such as a beautiful reception area and a helpful front desk team. The location was convenient, being close to a subway station and with easy access to the airport, although taxi fares were a bit exorbitant.

Although the hotel was amazing overall, there were signs of wear and tear, such as leaking air conditioning in common areas and broken curtains in some rooms.

Loved the luxurious and spacious room - it was the perfect setting for a romantic getaway. the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, ensuring we had everything we needed. the location was also fantastic, with plenty of restaurants and shopping options nearby. Plus, being close to public transportation made it easy to explore the city.

Communication with the staff was a bit challenging at times, as English was not widely spoken. Also, the windows could have been cleaner, which slightly impacted the overall view.

As soon as I entered this hotel, I was impressed by the luxurious and elegant atmosphere, accompanied by the friendly staff that made me feel welcomed. My room was equipped with exclusive amenities and everything I needed was available. the Spa & wellness centre was a perfect place to relax and enjoy the indoor swimming pool, heated swimming pool and massage services, while sun loungers were placed in the location advantage of the private facilities on offer.

The only minor issue I came across was the limited options available at the snack bar. Although the restaurant and bar/lounge area had a wide range of food and drinks, the coffee/tea at the lobby was of high quality and in-room breakfast was delivered on time, just adding more choices to the snack bar would make the stay even more comfortable.
