I was pleasantly surprised by my recent stay at Sunshine Hotel, Luohu in Shenzhen. The hotel lobby and rooms were clean and well-maintained. The staff at the front desk were friendly and spoke English, making check-in a breeze. The location was convenient, with many shopping malls, pubs, and restaurants in the surrounding area. I had a comfortable and enjoyable stay at Sunshine Hotel, Luohu. I would recommend this hotel to others.

The staff is friendly and helpful, with some able to speak English. The rooms are clean and comfortable, equipped with amenities like USB docks. The hotel offers a variety of dining options, including a Cantonese restaurant and a McDonald's across the street. The location is also close to the Luohu train station for easy travel to Hong Kong.

The difficulty in getting a taxi can be inconvenient for guests.

Staying at this hotel was an unforgettable luxurious experience. the exclusive amenities such as the indoor swimming pool, sauna, and massage services fulfilled all my relaxation needs. the beautifully designed garden area and restaurant provided a perfect ambiance for a relaxing meal.

The only minor issue I experienced was with the room service. Although the food was delicious, the in-room breakfast was served a little later than expected.

Great location! Within walking distance to restaurants and shops. very close to public transportation which made it easy to get around. the breakfast was delicious with many options to choose from. the room was spacious and cozy with all the amenities that were necessary for our weekend stay.

The staff was unhelpful and unfriendly at times. We encountered some communication issues as the staff's English skills were limited.
