Superb location, close to public transportation, marketplatz, and historical landmarks. Excellent service, including luggage storage and assistance with taxi service. Delicious and beautifully presented breakfast. Personal touch from owner and attentive staff.

We stayed in a cozy twin room on the 3rd floor with a lovely city view. The room had a nice seating area where we could relax and enjoy the Christmas music playing in the background while sipping our tea. The hotel's location is absolutely brilliant, just a few steps away from a bustling square and a short walk to the train station. The staff were kind and accommodating, even allowing us a slightly later check-out. The daily replenishment of free water bottles and the nice tub in the bathroom were great additions to our comfortable stay.

Only downside was the limited breakfast options, but given the small kitchen size, it's understandable.

We were pleasantly surprised by the comfortable and airy rooms at the hotel. The suite we stayed in had a real feel-good factor and was worth the money. The clean and cheerful atmosphere made us instantly relaxed. Plus, the location of the hotel was fantastic, being within walking distance of both the train station and the old city center. The breakfast buffet was first-class, beautifully arranged, and offered a wide variety of options. We also appreciated the tea and coffee facilities and the fresh fruit provided in the rooms. our stay at Hotel Deutscher Kaiser was excellent.

I had an absolutely wonderful stay at this hotel right in the city center. The location couldn't have been better - it was in the heart of the old town center, making it incredibly convenient to explore all the sights.

The hotel is located in the heart of the city center, making it convenient to explore the nearby attractions and restaurants. It is also close to bus stops, which we found useful for visiting historic sights outside the old town center. The room we stayed in was clean and nicely arranged, with complimentary fresh fruits and water. The staff provided excellent service and the breakfast had a wide selection, including organic options.

There was a strange smell in the lift, so we opted to use the stairs instead.

Breakfast, terrible tea, unappetizing selection, and plates were dirty. Room was very noisy, could hear everything from outside.

We had a wonderful stay at Deutscher Kaiser. the location was perfect, right in the heart of the city, close to the river, the old market, and beautiful parks. We were lucky to be given room 54, which had fantastic views, a comfortable bed, and a lovely bathroom. the staff were attentive and responded promptly to our requests. the breakfast, although needing to be ordered in advance, was delicious with a great variety of options. we were well-placed, comfortable, and impressed with the well-trained staff.
