I recently had a lovely stay at a boutique hotel in Central. The Pottinger exceeded my expectations with its comfortable and beautifully appointed room. The bathroom was great, with modern fixtures and a spacious shower. Despite being on a busy street, the hotel was quiet at night, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The outstanding staff provided excellent service throughout my stay, and the breakfast was superb. With its prime location and proximity to numerous dining options, coffee shops, and bars, The Pottinger is the perfect choice for a staycation in the heart of the city. The hotel is also conveniently located near the Central MTR station and other transportation hubs, making it easy to explore Hong Kong Island.

The check-in and check-out process was seamless, thanks to the efficient staff. The rooms were bright, airy, and well-decorated, with comfortable beds. The hotel also offered good free WiFi and had a good choice of restaurants nearby. I highly recommend the Pottinger for a pleasant stay in Central Hong Kong.

Impeccable service, attention to detail. Clean, comfortable and private room. Excellent location near restaurants, cafes, and historical sites. Walking distance to cathedral and peak tram. Like a calm sanctuary amidst the busy city.

The hotel is situated near a great historic street, just a short walk from Central station, and very close to the main shopping areas in Central. Guests have mentioned the impeccable service and attention to detail, with staff members greeting them by name. The soundproof guestrooms provide a peaceful stay, even during heavy rain. The Envoy offers a variety of lovely cocktails, and Gradini's food is highly praised, with dishes like scallop and foie gras appetizers and tender Kobe beef mains.

The rooms are quite small.

The Pottinger Hong Kong is the perfect choice for those wanting to be close to the beach. The location is great, with easy access to Central station subway and the pier for ferry connections. The rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated, and the staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel also offers excellent video and audio equipment, free and fast WiFi, and two delicious restaurants.

Felt like a VIP, no complaints.

We had no issues with the wifi, which made it easy for my husband to work.

Our prior request for a room with a bathtub was not fulfilled. However, the staff immediately addressed the issue by offering an alternative.

The room service was great, and the staff was kind enough to offer complementary water and coffee. The location was very close to a shopping area and public transport. Our room had a great view of the city skyline which made for a pleasant experience.

During our thanksgiving stay, we found the room to be a bit small and the bed uncomfortable. The noise from the traffic outside was a bit much at times, and the room could have used a few more amenities to make the stay more enjoyable.
