The hotel facilities were top-notch, especially the luxurious SPA and pool area which provided a relaxing break from our busy days. The location on the island was ideal, with easy access to transportation and a beautiful lazy river. The staff was truly outstanding, from the attentive and friendly interactions during breakfast to the personalized service provided by Melanie, Nick, Summer, Jono, and Amy. The attention to detail and thoughtfulness, such as the kids' tent with their favorite cartoon characters, the family photo album, and the special cake for my wife, made our stay truly memorable.

The staff went above and beyond to make us feel special and welcomed. They arranged a surprise birthday celebration for me, complete with decorations and a special gift. The room was clean and spacious, and the hotel offered a convenient location close to key attractions. We also enjoyed the excellent service at the Club Lounge, where we were treated to delicious food and drinks during our stay.

While our overall experience was fantastic, we did encounter a couple of minor issues. The check-in process could have been smoother, as there was a slight delay in getting our room keys.
