This hotel is great value for money. The room was spacious with big closets and big windows. The bathroom was also spacious and had a tub. The location is perfect, right in the city center and close to major attractions. There is a rooftop deck with an honor bar and a little kitchen area for basic cooking. The staff were friendly and the premises were clean.

I had a pleasant short stay at a hotel centrally located in Ronda. The hotel was right in the center, within walking distance of all the tourist attractions. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel also had a great terrace and an equipped kitchen for guests to use.

That the hotel charged my card twice. Although they apologized and refunded the money, I later noticed that I received 4 euros less than what was originally charged.

The hotel's location was absolutely perfect, as it was very close to the city center and just outside of the 'old town' area of Ronda. We could easily walk to the famous bridge in just 5 minutes, and the most beautiful park I have ever seen was also very close by. The room was well-furnished and spacious, with a comfortable bed and a TV with BBC World News. The staff was very professional and provided excellent service. The hotel also had a common room with a fridge, kettle, and a computer for guests to use.

It would have been even better if the hotel had a kettle in the room, as mentioned by some other reviews.

Great location, close to everything in Ronda. The staff at Polo were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially when we needed assistance with finding parking on a busy day. The rooftop terrace was a wonderful spot to relax and enjoy a drink, and the drinks were really affordable. The hotel was well run and clean, making it a comfortable choice for our family of four. I would definitely recommend Polo for a nice and attractive hotel in Ronda.

Hotel Polo was a wonderful place to stay. the location was perfect, within walking distance to all the attractions in the area. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with plenty of storage and a safe. the bathroom was also nice and the shower was excellent. the hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing us with a map of the parking garages in the area. We found free street parking nearby and didn't have to move our car during our entire stay. the connected cafe offered breakfast service, although the coffee could have been better. Despite some loud and demanding guests, the staff remained friendly and accommodating. the hotel also had a guest lounge with a microwave and fridge. I highly recommend Hotel Polo for a pleasant and convenient stay in Ronda.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, as I could easily walk to all the sites in the city. The hotel also offered convenient parking options, with a spot right in front for unloading and various parking garages nearby. However, I was able to find free street parking just a block away, which made it convenient to leave my car there for the entire stay. The hotel staff were extremely helpful, providing me with a map and suggestions for local attractions and restaurants. They even sent me helpful information via WhatsApp. The hotel facilities were great, with a lounge for guests that included a microwave and fridge. The cleanliness of the rooms was top-notch, with comfortable beds, nice pillows, and crisp clean bedding. the staff, location, and cleanliness were the best aspects of this hotel.

my second stay here and it was even better than before. hotel polo is perfectly located near the center, with plenty of restaurants around. the rooms are clean, staff is helpful, and the interior courtyard view was super quiet. highly recommended for a romantic getaway in ronda!

Upon arrival, no one was at the reception and I had to pay the deposit on the street before being allowed in. Outdated bathroom amenities like plastic cups and sachets for soap and shampoo.
