My flight arrived late and the hotel gave away my accessible room but upgraded me to a suite on the top floor. The staff was very apologetic and accommodating. The suite was spacious, bright, and had a wood floor. The hotel has a great rooftop with a view. I recommend this hotel.

The value for money at this hotel was unbeatable, with spacious and clean rooms, great facilities such as the SpA and small gym, and a lovely terrace with a beautiful view and delicious Colombian coffee. The location was fantastic, just around the corner from Parque de la 93 with plenty of restaurants and bars, and it felt safe to walk around. The staff, especially William from the restaurant and Gimena at the front desk, were incredibly welcoming, attentive, and friendly throughout our stay.

The only suggestion I have for improving the breakfast offerings would be to have a wider variety of options.

The Best Western Plus in Park 93 was the perfect choice for our New Year's Eve treat. The hotel is located in a secure and posh neighborhood with plenty of European and global middle/upper class activities. The Colombian staff were friendly and provided excellent service, something I rarely experience at Best Western hotels in Europe. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with an extra large and comfy bed. The breakfast was great and we felt safe walking around the neighborhood at night. a great hotel with friendly staff and a convenient location.
