A Hidden Gem

We were pleasantly surprised by the charm and attention to detail at this boutique hotel. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the Louvre. The room, while small, was well-designed with a walk-in closet, a desk, and a separate sitting area. The old-world window added a touch of character to the modern decor. The DIY wine dispenser in the dining room was a unique and fun feature. we had a fantastic experience at this hidden gem. I would highly recommend it to anyone seeking convenience and style.

I was pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness of the rooms at Hotel Crayon. The bathroom and shower were much better than I expected. The location was absolutely wonderful, with many attractions within walking distance, including the Louvre. Despite a few minor issues, overall it was a worthwhile stay and I would definitely choose Elegancia again!

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! the location was perfect. It was in a very good area, close to all the major tourist attractions, which made it very convenient for me to explore the city. Secondly, the staff was absolutely amazing. They were friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable. Lastly, I loved the rooms. The modern, optimistic design with colorful walls gave the hotel a unique charm. The rooms were also equipped with all the necessary amenities and were surprisingly spacious, considering they were in the attic space.

I had a fantastic stay at a great little boutique hotel centrally located. The room was excellent, with a very comfortable bed and a separate very large bathroom. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The location was perfect, near the Louvre and Les Halles Metro. I highly recommend this hotel.

The location of the hotel was fantastic, with key attractions within walking distance. Additionally, the staff were excellent and provided great customer service throughout my stay.

The room was quite small and the sound isolation wasn't great. Additionally, I received an overwhelming amount of emails from the hotel, which became bothersome.

Perfect location. Close to the Louvre, very easy walk. Lots of cafes and restaurants close by. Reception staff extremely welcoming and friendly. Rooms are small, but comfortable. Breakfast is fresh and delicious.

The hotel had a unique concept of combining art gallery and hotel, which was quite interesting. It was located in a convenient area, just minutes away from the major attractions like the Louvre and Les Halles, as well as metro stations. The free Wi-Fi worked well, and the honesty bar in the lobby was a great alternative to expensive mini bars. The staff were friendly, outgoing, and made us feel at home.

The breakfast options, both the buffet continental and express, were not appealing. There were only a few restaurants nearby, limiting our options for dining.

The overall experience was overshadowed by the poor customer service we received. The staff was unhelpful and seemed uninterested in ensuring we had a comfortable stay.
