The hotel was clean, modern, and had a great location. The staff were friendly and welcoming. The breakfast had a wide variety of options. The pool and spa facilities were fantastic.

The variety and quality of the breakfast and dinner were fantastic. The value for money was excellent. I highly recommend this hotel for a great stay in Benidorm.

The hotel also offers a spa, which has been highly recommended by other guests. our stay at the Helios hotel exceeded our expectations and we would highly recommend it.

The hotel is conveniently located near all the bars, allowing for easy access to the vibrant nightlife without any disturbance from the crowds. Not only is it close to the night life scene, but also to some great bars where you can enjoy a few drinks. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, ensuring a pleasant stay.

The air conditioning in the rooms was not working properly, which made it a bit uncomfortable during the hot summer days.

The surprise treats and birthday card in my room were such a kind gesture. The hotel itself is beautiful, with comfortable rooms and a lovely pool area. Had an unforgettable Xmas stay in this hotel! the staff couldn’t be more accommodating and friendly, making our stay even better. the location was ideal, the beach was only a short walk away and plenty of restaurants in the area. One big advantage for me was the comfortable and spacious rooms, equipped with all the needed amenities.

Some inconsiderate guests would reserve sun loungers with towels for several hours and not put them to use. This was a disappointment, but the hotel staff tried their best to remove the towels and make the situation better for everyone.
