I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in Cartagena. The cleanliness of the rooms was impeccable, and they were also well equipped and had a great ambiance. The hotel facilities were top-notch, especially the rooftop pool and bar, which offered stunning views. The location was ideal, with plenty of restaurants, bars, and a park nearby. The staff were incredibly friendly and provided excellent service throughout my stay.

The hotel had comfortable rooms, a hot shower with great pressure, and a bed that was the most comfortable out of all the places stayed in Colombia. The staff was friendly and the electric bikes provided were a fun way to explore. The location was peaceful yet within walking distance of all the main sights and best restaurants.

The hotel decor and vibe was spectacular. The Junior Suite was massive and comfortable. The location was perfect for exploring Getsemani. The staff, particularly Ana and Cristian, were lifesavers and made sure our trip was jam packed with activities. The breakfast was delicious every time.

We stayed in a great hotel that was close to the historic center with a good rest area on the top of the building. The rooms were lovely, cool, and spacious, and the breakfast was incredible. The hotel also had a pool and a hot tub with great views.

There was nowhere to place wet swimwear after using the pool.

Our recent stay at Hotel Capellán in Getsemaní was exceptional. The location was perfect, close to great restaurants and nightlife, and just a short walk to the center. The staff provided wonderful hospitality and took great care of us throughout our stay. The included breakfasts were delicious and the rooftop pool and bar were a big hit. We highly recommend this hotel and would love to return in the future. a fantastic experience!

We got great value for our money at this hotel - the room was top-notch, comfortable and clean. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from the main tourist area but with a more relaxed vibe in the Getsimani neighborhood. The staff treated us like VIPs, always friendly and helpful.

The hotel breakfast could have been better, especially the juice which was a bit watery.

Our stay at this hotel was wonderful! The personal attention and assistance from staff really stood out. When we had an issue with our bathroom, they immediately fixed it and provided a complementary bottle of wine as an apology. The bed was incredible and the room was spacious. The AC was a lifesaver in the hot weather. The rooftop provided a perfect spot to relax, work, and enjoy the stunning sunset. The staff went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. The food at the restaurant was delicious and reasonably priced. The hotel itself was beautiful and had a great atmosphere. The location was absolutely brilliant.

There was no on-site parking, but there was a paid lot available nearby. The lack of hot water for showers was slightly disappointing, although it wasn't a major issue.
