I recently stayed at Hotel Sultania Boutique Class for a business trip and it was perfect for our needs. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, assisting us with airport transfers and providing valuable information on getting around the city. The location was excellent, with a metro station nearby for easy exploration. The hotel also offered a fantastic "welcome package" which included a delicious three-course meal at the rooftop Olive restaurant. Our room was beautifully decorated and we even received a free upgrade. I would highly recommend this hotel for both business and leisure stays.

The location of Hotel Sultania Boutique Class was fantastic, allowing us to easily explore the city on foot. The tram line and underground metro were both within a short walking distance, making it convenient to navigate around. The hotel staff were extremely helpful, providing us with a travel card and guide for loading it at the tram stops. This made getting around Istanbul affordable and hassle-free. The rooms were well-equipped with all the necessary amenities, including an iron, coffee, and a safe. The comfortable beds ensured a good night's sleep. The breakfast and afternoon tea offered a wide variety of options and the staff were friendly and accommodating. we had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

Stayed at Sultania Boutique Class for three nights and had an amazing time. the staff went above and beyond, carrying our bags and explaining everything in detail. They even allowed us to leave our luggage in the lobby after check-out so we could explore the area. the cleaner was professional and our valuables were untouched. the hot spa staff were friendly, offering me tea while I relaxed. the location was perfect and the team at the hotel made our stay fantastic. They even surprised me with a birthday cake. Highly recommended!

The location was perfect, as it was within walking distance of all the top attractions in the city. Additionally, there were plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and the facilities provided were great. I especially enjoyed the spa and the in-house restaurant, which had excellent views. The breakfast was fantastic, with a wide variety of food choices. the staff, location, cleanliness, and facilities made my stay here unforgettable.

We had a truly incredible experience staying at Sultania Boutique Class. the traditional Ottoman styled rooms were absolutely exquisite and made us feel like royalty. the attention to detail in the room was exceptional, and we were reluctant to leave its luxurious comforts. the front office staff provided superb service and made us feel extra special. the hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to major attractions and the tram line. We also appreciated the generous afternoon tea and the extensive collection of books dedicated to Istanbul's history and culture. This was truly a once in a lifetime experience that we highly recommend!

Had a great Easter getaway at this boutique hotel! the staff were fantastic and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. the location was ideal, with all the sights, shopping, and good restaurants nearby. the breakfast buffet was varied and plentiful, and the service provided by the staff was exceptional. the daily art created by the maid staff in our room was a fun surprise.

There were a couple of negatives during our stay. the transfer from the airport to the hotel was slow and chaotic, although the return transfer was fast and simple.

The hotel is conveniently located close to several tourist attractions, making it easy to explore the city. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing excellent service throughout the stay. The buffet breakfast offers a wide variety of delicious options, including local and Western dishes. The rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated, with comfortable beds and all necessary amenities.

The air conditioning in the rooms could be stronger, although it still cools the room adequately during the night.

We loved the location of this place! It was in such a great district, ideally located next to all major attractions and some of this city's most famous landmarks. Plus, the service was amazing! Every staff member we interacted with, from check-in to breakfast to guest relations to housekeeping to check-out, were making efforts to make our stay a pleasant experience. They really understand the meaning of customer service.

Although we didn't have any complaint during our stay, we highly recommend this hotel to anyone. Besides the great location and service, the amenities are top-notch.
