Stayed at a wonderful boutique hotel in the heart of the old city. the location was perfect, within walking distance of great restaurants and shopping. the room was spacious and comfortable with impressive sound insulation. the breakfast was delicious, made-to-order, and served in a nice dining room. the staff was pleasant and the cook, Faride, was delightful. Enjoyed spending evenings on the rooftop lounge area, enjoying drinks and the Cartagena breeze. it was an awesome experience and highly recommended. Natalie provided excellent service and made us feel very well treated.

The location of the hotel is perfect, right in the center of the old city. We were able to easily walk to all the main attractions and it was very convenient. The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff provided excellent service. The breakfast was delicious and the hotel had a charming and quaint atmosphere.

That there were some noisy youths with beat boxes near the hotel, which could be a bit annoying at times.

Our stay at Casa La Cartujita was simply delightful. The check-in process was easy and pleasant, and the staff were flexible and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were spacious with all the amenities we needed, and the air conditioning was perfect. We particularly loved the balcony overlooking the bustling street, which surprisingly remained quiet thanks to the double doors. The highlight, however, was the breakfast. It was made to order and incredibly authentic and delicious. The arepas, fruit, pastries, and coffee were all mouthwatering. The hotel's location was also ideal, just a short walk away from all the major attractions in the walled city. The hot tub and pool were a great addition, perfect for relaxing or cooling off. We won't be considering any other options for our next visit to Cartagena - we'll simply book a room at Casa La Cartujita again. we highly recommend this hotel for its friendly staff, great location, and excellent amenities.

Casa La Cartujita provided a peaceful atmosphere despite occasional external noise. the staff was friendly and accommodating, allowing us to wait by the pool with delicious mango smoothies when we arrived early. the rooms were well-maintained and clean, providing a comfortable place to rest after a long day of exploring. the complimentary breakfast was of high quality, with a variety of options to choose from.

Free Breakfast was pretty impressive, and we appreciated the free snacks in the afternoon. the location was fantastic, it was so easy to walk everywhere we wanted to go. the staff was amazing, they really went out of their way to make us feel welcome and comfortable.
