The lobby is too quiet and not inviting!!! No 24-hour coffee in the lobby and inconsistent housekeeping left us scrambling for towels!!! The rules on room upgrades could use some flexibility!!!

oh, i was soooo looking forward to a lovely stay, but breakfast wasn't even ready on time, and the noise from sports parents in the lobby woudl ve been okay if i didn't expect some kind of initial pampering. i just couldn't leave a good review.

The room layout is clever and functional with a separate toilet room and shower. The breakfast area is quite cold, making it uncomfortable for morning meals.

springhill suites is a beautiful, newer hotel that is very quiet and conveniently located. it’s only 4 to 5 minutes by car to shops and restaurants. the rooms are spacious, featuring a clever dual bathroom setup that allows for privacy. guests will love the hot tub and pool, as they were always available during my stay.

We were two friends and I, looking to shop until we dropped,, and wow, the room layout was just genius! Had a living space area and a double bed, that pull-out sofa was a surprise,,, perfect for when your friend says they’re 'just resting' but actually they’re needing to sleep a bit more. Breakfast was well stocked and when I got there, the staff was cleaning everything up,, like they actually care about how it looks.

It wasn't exactly budget friendly,, but worth it.

Our family and cousin stayed here for a quick getaway. The room was spacious and perfect for everyone, and the breakfast was fantastic! We enjoyed chill time by the pool and loved the new vibe of the hotel.

Spacious rooms with dual bathroom layout, and the indoor pool was always open. Got access to laundry services which were super handy! The location was clutch, easy peasy to get to shops and food.

Could use a bit more variety in breakfast options, and it’d be great if housekeeping was a bit more regular.

We stayed for a wedding near the UND campus, enjoying a comfortable room with great amenities, including a pleasant breakfast with fresh-made omelets. However, housekeeping fell short, as our beds were not made, and supplies were not refilled during our stay, which could be improved. Great for group stays or events.

The location was perfect! Everything you need is super close. Loved the little touches like disposable plates & cutlery in the microwave. Super clean, the pool and hot tub were available the whole time, amazing!

the fitness area and pool were open, allowing for a great workout. noise from housekeeping was too early in the morning.
