The hotel has the softest and most comfortable bedding. The staff is helpful and helped me arrange a surprise birthday celebration. The pool on the top floor offers a breathtaking view. The hotel is conveniently connected to City Centre through a pedway. The hotel is safe and requires a key card for access.

While the hotel itself was great, there were a few minor drawbacks. The parking fee of $31 per night came as a surprise, as we were not informed about it until after we had already parked.

The location of the hotel was very convenient, allowing easy access to nearby attractions and concert venues. the hotel's top floor amenities including a pool, hot tub, and gym provided a unique and enjoyable experience for guests. Another advantage that I appreciated was the superb service provided by the hotel staff, who went above and beyond to assist with any issues or concerns.

One aspect that could be improved upon is the lack of control over the room's temperature, as guests were only able to adjust the fan speed. the additional costs for parking and breakfast were a bit disappointing, as these amenities should ideally be included in the room rate.

Despite a few minor inconveniences, such as difficulty with valet parking and lack of information at check-in, we had an enjoyable experience overall. We would definitely recommend this hotel for its clean rooms, convenient location, and great dining options.

Not to mention, the hotel had a stunning view of the city skyline from the room's window, which made waking up each morning a truly memorable experience. The room itself was spacious and well-furnished, providing a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The service was top-notch, with friendly and efficient staff always ready to assist. I particularly enjoyed the delicious breakfast served at the hotel, starting my day off on the right foot. The facilities were also impressive, with a warm pool and rejuvenating saunas available for guests to enjoy. my stay at this charming downtown hotel was nothing short of exceptional.

The only downside to my stay was that the elevator was not functioning properly.

Conveniently located near events at Rogers Place and underground paid parking available. The lobby and restaurant have nice decor and friendly staff. Rooms have comfortable beds and clean bathrooms.

On the other hand, I will say that the valet parking was excellent and made my stay much more comfortable. the fact that there was complementary parking offered with my stay was a nice touch. I appreciated the great location that was connected to the Pedway, making it easy to get around. Lastly, the two complementary facts offered by the hotel were a nice touch. However, I would not recommend this hotel for an extended stay or anyone expecting a luxurious experience.

Well, I have to say my recent hotel stay did not go as planned. the staff seemed uninterested in helping me, the room was outdated and old, and the wifi was spotty at best.
