As vegetarians, we loved the rich selection of breakfast with plenty of options for us to choose from. The location was also convenient, just a 10-minute walk to the Frankfurt Messe. Additionally, the staff was extremely kind, especially towards our 18-month-old son, who was greeted with presents and provided with a baby bed for his comfort.

The hotel staff were absolutely amazing and extremely professional. They were always ready to help and made our stay very pleasant. the hotel's location was also fantastic, being close to the Exhibition Center and a shopping mall. This made it easy for us to access the city center as there were tram and Bahn stations nearby. Additionally, the restaurant offered a delicious breakfast buffet with a good variety of choices.

There were a few negatives during our stay. upon entering our room, we noticed a bad smell and found some garbage and soiled food on top of the coat rack.

The hotel was conveniently located, just a short distance from the city center. It was easy to get around, with taxis readily available right in front of the hotel. Additionally, the staff provided excellent service and promptly provided a baby bed upon request.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. Checking in was a breeze and the staff provided detailed instructions on how to navigate the city, including the Christmas markets and other places I wanted to visit. The hotel's location right by the railway was convenient, yet it was surprisingly quiet, allowing for a peaceful night's sleep. Additionally, the hotel was very close to a supermarket and the Sky Line Plaza Shopping mall, making it easy to grab any necessities or do some shopping. The breakfast provided was delicious and the staff were friendly and helpful. the cleanliness, hotel facilities, and proximity to transportation and amenities made my stay very enjoyable.

It was all superb.
