the check in staff were outright rude, and no, I don't appreciate being treated like any other guest. I asked for a slight early check in and got denied, how pathetically ironic. Oh, and don't get me started on the pool, which was packed with non-guests. I almost thought of giving a good review, but just couldn't.

We enjoy the hotel's prime location right across from a huge mall, making shopping easy. The spacious rooms offer a comfortable stay with good amenities. The breakfast buffet is delightful, featuring a variety of delicious Colombian dishes.
