I loved the location - not right in the middle of the town, but not too far either. The hotel facilities were spotless and new, and the lobby and room were incredibly clean. The staff was friendly and made check-in and check-out a breeze. The bed was comfortable and the room had a king bed, a couch, and an extra TV. The breakfast provided was great, with a good variety of options.

The location of the hotel was very convenient for our trip during xmas. the room was very clean and smelled fresh, which was one of the best aspects of the hotel. We also liked that there was a fitness room available, although we didn't use it.

I recently stayed at Fairfield Inn in Helen for one night and had an excellent experience. The location was perfect and convenient, close to shops and water tubing. The lobby and room were spotless, and I appreciated the attention to cleanliness. The king bed and couch were comfortable, and having an extra TV was a bonus. Check-in and check-out were a breeze, and I loved that I could book just one night without a minimum stay requirement. The bathroom was spacious, and the shower was amazing with its glass doors.

The bathroom and shower were spacious and had glass doors, and the toilet was not in a separate room. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room layout was fantastic, and the bed was comfortable. The King Suite we stayed in was outstanding. The breakfast had a lot of variety with hot and cold options.
