They went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. The rooms were beautiful and spacious, giving us plenty of room to relax. We especially loved the comfortable beds, which provided a great sleeping experience. The hotel was impeccably clean and well-maintained, adding to the overall quality of our stay. The wifi was reliable and stable, allowing us to stay connected throughout our trip. We also appreciated the enhanced services, such as room service and dry cleaning, which made our stay even more convenient. The hotel staff even went so far as to offer a room for free when we organized an event. It was truly a luxurious and comfortable experience.

The area in Chapinero is safe and walkable, making it convenient to explore. The service here was excellent, with attentive and helpful staff. The room amenities were top-notch, with a mini-bar, sitting area, and a soundproofed room to ensure a peaceful stay. The hotel also offers a spa and wellness center, perfect for relaxation after a long day.

During my recent stay at Estelar, I was impressed with the hotel's convenient location in the Chapinero neighborhood. It provided a peaceful retreat from the hustle and bustle of downtown Bogota. The staff, particularly Felipe, greeted us with genuine warmth and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. I was also delighted to discover a cat cafe just across the street and a charming paper crafts store next door. Plus, the hotel had a pleasant and relaxed atmosphere, perfect for unwinding after a busy day of exploring the city.

Although the hotel had many positives, there were a couple of drawbacks. The breakfast options were lacking, and they ran out of basic items such as bread and butter.

I had a great stay at Estelar Suites Jones! The hotel is beautiful and the staff were awesome. The new chef made amazing meals, except for one small mishap with the noodles. The prices for the food were reasonable, surprising for a hotel. The internet worked well for the most part, with just a few hiccups. I want to give a special shoutout to Miguel, Sergio, and William, and the rest of the staff who made my stay comfortable and enjoyable. The location of the hotel was also perfect for my leisure and business needs. I highly recommend Estelar Suites Jones for any trip.

My only small complaints were the lack of heating and AC in the room, but the climate in Bogota was manageable with an open window. The special taxis tied to the hotel were a bit dishonest, as I was billed for a pick-up at the airport even though I had already paid the driver.
