The highlight of our stay was the excellent level of customer service we received. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met and were always friendly and attentive. Additionally, the convenient location near a large supermarket made it easy for us to purchase any necessary items during our stay. we had a pleasant experience at Hemma Bogota Luxury Suites and would recommend it to others.

The shower was fantastic! the location was very convenient with a supermarket and restaurants nearby. It was great to have fast Wi-Fi throughout the hotel, and the general manager was excellent. He even spoke fluent English which was very helpful for us. We also appreciated being able to bring our dog with us, making our travels much easier.

The kitchen was not equipped enough for us to cook our own food. We had to ask for additional items.

During our stay at Hemma Bogota Luxury Suites, we were pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness of the rooms. As a family of four, having two bathrooms in the room was a huge plus. The temperature control in the room was perfect, providing us with a comfortable stay. Additionally, the location of the hotel made it very convenient for us to explore other places in the city. The staff was accommodating and allowed us to personalize our breakfast order.
