The location was excellent, a short drive to attractions. the cleanliness left much to be desired—our bathroom had visible stains, leftover food in the fridge, and the staff's response to our concerns was underwhelming. A mix of charm and frustration, I hope they can elevate their maintenance and service, as the views and atmosphere are truly lovely.

The beds were surprisingly comfortable, making it easy to get a good night's sleep. Temperature control was an issue; the room felt humid even with the air down low. The balcony overlooking the creek was a highlight, perfect for relaxing. Despite the pleasant ambiance, the cleanliness could use improvement—hair on the floor and a musty smell lingered. The TV selection was disappointing, offering only a few channels and minimal signal. The bathroom showed signs of wear, with a few spider webs and low water pressure. Staff was friendly, but check-in experienced a hiccup regarding payment.

The room had a great view and was really cozy for our anniversary. The staff was super friendly and always ready to help.

This hotel offers a gorgeous balcony overlooking a calming creek, making it a perfect spot to relax after exploring the vibrant downtown Gatlinburg, which is just a quick 10-minute walk away and filled with attractions like Ripley's Aquarium and the SkyLift Park; the staff was friendly, and the room was clean and comfortable, though I noticed the window sill in the bathroom could use a little dusting, but that didn’t take away from the overall peaceful and enjoyable stay!

The wrap-around deck offers a nice view and chill seating. The gaming area has a pool table and a cozy fireplace.

The rugs are disgusting and smell really bad.

Good wi-fi and free parking. No pets allowed, but air conditioning was weak.

Our room was a mess! No closet, just an ironing board for our suitcase. I found dirt everywhere, including under the bed—a slice of pepperoni! And to top it off, someone tried to enter our room at night! So unsettling.
