This hostel is perfectly located right in the city center, making it convenient to explore all the major attractions. It is also just a short walk from the bus station, ensuring easy access to transportation. The rooms are spacious and spotlessly clean, providing a comfortable and pleasant stay. The shower facilities are fantastic, offering hot water and a powerful flow. The staff are friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any requests or questions. Plus, the view from the room is absolutely stunning, adding a special touch to the overall experience.

Some minor improvements could be made, such as having power sockets by the beds and lower shelves under the beds to make it easier for everyone to access the lockers.

Value for money was great, with comfortable and clean pod-style rooms. The location was perfect for exploring the city and the staff was fantastic.

Amazing cleanliness and helpful staff. The rooms and bathrooms were always spotless, and the staff was always available and ready to assist. The internet connection was fast and stable, which was great for staying connected during my city break. I also loved the nice terrace and the option to leave my luggage after checking out.

There was only plain bread available, which was not very satisfying. the capsules in the rooms had limited ventilation, making it hot and stuffy at night.

jacobs inn exceeded my expectations with their stylish renovations and helpful staff. the sleeping pods added privacy and the lockers were much appreciated. the view from the 4th floor was a pleasant surprise.

My stay at Jacobs Inn was absolutely fantastic. The reception staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable. When I arrived, exhausted from my journey, they showed exceptional patience and kindness. The atmosphere in the hostel was vibrant and friendly, with a cool and stylish decor that really added to the experience. The pod layout was a unique touch and provided me with a sense of privacy that I appreciated. I also liked that there was a bar downstairs where I could grab a bite to eat. The location was excellent, with easy access to buses, trains, and trams.

There were a couple of minor drawbacks during my stay. The showers in the dorms had a push-start system that made it difficult to get enough time to properly clean myself.

The chill out room was a nice touch, and the bathrooms exceeded my expectations for a hostel. But what I loved the most were the pods with their relaxing blue lights.
