As bike riders, we loved the variety of activities and amenities offered at Hotel Campestre Las Camelias. The splash park, lazy river, go carts, and jacuzzis were perfect for our family. The staff was extremely kind and helpful, and we were able to purchase discounted theme park tickets through the concierge. The breakfast croissants were delicious!

The resort had so much to offer, with exceptional shows and activities every night. The restaurant food was incredible, exceeding our expectations with every item on the menu. The staff went above and beyond to assist us and the clean, comfortable rooms were spacious enough for our large group of 16. The resort grounds felt like an island paradise, with great pools and play areas for kids. Breakfast was included and the French Onion soup was a highlight.

The resort had spacious and beautifully done rooms, perfect for our family. the customer service was outstanding, with the staff going above and beyond to accommodate our needs. We also appreciated the Media pension option, which included a delicious breakfast and dinner buffet. the hotel facilities were always clean and well, maintained.

One downside was that the family room needed a child safe lock as our 3, year, old could easily get out. Additionally, some members of the reception staff were unfriendly.

The presence of two restaurants on the property gave us plenty of dining options, and the tennis courts and play area for kids added to the overall enjoyment of the resort.

Great resort for families. Lots of activities every night, exceptional shows, and incredible restaurant food. Staff was incredible, always willing to help. Perfect for large groups. One observation is the lack of a spa, but renovations may add one.

The location was perfect, surrounded by nature and close to many parks. I stayed in a new tower and the room was beautiful, with a comfortable bed and a spacious bathroom. The service was excellent, with friendly staff willing to help. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The view from my room was stunning, overlooking the serene landscape. The facilities were top-notch, including a gym and a restaurant.
