Welcoming staff, relaxing pool, where I enjoyed refreshing cocktails after a day exploring the ancient temples and appreciated the complimentary welcome drink at check-in.

The noise from surrounding buildings was intrusive!!! Prices at the restaurants were surprisingly high!!! The internet connection was frustratingly unreliable!!! They should reconsider the quality of their massage services compared to local options!!!

The staff were just amazing! They remembered it was my son's birthday and got him a cake. A total surprise! Plus, they even drove us to the airport when our car didn't show. Room was comfy and the brekkie was on point with all the fresh fruit. Just fantastic!

The only downside was the WiFi was a bit slow at times.

The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive throughout our stay. Only downside was the limited number of sun loungers at the pool, which made finding spots difficult. The cooking class was a fun and immersive experience, worth trying!

The staff were phenomenal. especially Sophea at the reception, who went out of her way to assist us. The breakfast offered a variety of options.including fresh exotic fruit, which made every morning delightful.

The WiFi connection was inconsistent at times. and could use improvement for a smoother experience.

Spent three great nights here, wanted to visit the temples and the hotel exceeded all our expectations. Our private Tuk Tuk driver was awesome, took us around easily and the guide was super knowledgeable about the sites. And you gotta try the couples spa package, it was an unforgettable experience, brought us closer together like we were in a different world.

Not the cheapest option but definitely worth it for what you get.

I loved the warm welcome and how the staff remembered our names! The breakfast at the poolside was a hit, especially the fresh fruit selections. The room was comfy and clean, but the bathroom could use a little update. Plus, the tuktuk rides to the temples were super convenient, thanks to the helpful concierge.

The Borei Angkor Resort & Spa is truly a gem in Siem Reap. Rooms are spacious with a lovely bathtub, and I thoroughly enjoyed their superb breakfast buffet. While the tuk-tuk drivers associated with the hotel can be a bit overly persistent, the staff's kindness really stood out.

This place suits me perfectly with its excellent amenities, including a fitness center, outdoor swimming pool, and 24-hour reception. On my first stay, the staff kindly assisted with a late check-out. I highly recommend enjoying the spa services! I'm coming back for a city break.
