I appreciated the hotel’s location. it was just a 10-minute walk to the metro station, making it easy to avoid heavy traffic. Additionally, the staff provided exceptional support for business travelers, ensuring I had everything I needed for my stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable, which made my experience even more enjoyable.

The nearby club caused noise disturbances at night, affecting my sleep.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel due to its strategic location near Internet City, making my daily commute to meetings convenient. The complimentary cafe available 24/7 was a delightful perk, allowing me to grab a quick coffee anytime. The rooms were clean and well-maintained, providing all the essentials I needed for a comfortable business trip.

get around, but the breakfast options were a bit limited. The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, especially Mr Karim, who helped resolve a noise issue promptly. Overall, I enjoyed my stay, although a few improvements could enhance the experience.

this hotel is absolutely not worth the hype. I found ants in my first room and the carpets were stained. I expected some sort of complimentary upgrade for my troubles. The breakfast situation was a joke. Good luck finding a clean table or even food. it was just shocking, honestly, that this place even has good reviews. I just couldn’t.

I almost thought this would be a nice stay, but the mouldy shower and late check-in from 2pm to 5pm were red flags. And really, I expected a complimentary upgrade for my troubles, but no such luck! You'd think they’d treat all guests with some special treatment, but alas, I'm just like everyone else here, apparently.

The customer service was exceptional! The hardworking staff and cleanliness made the stay so enjoyable. Sumana and Ashu ensured I felt valued with their warm and friendly assistance.

The noise levels were a problem. I was disturbed by sounds from the lounge area, which affected my overall comfort during the stay.

I had a terrible experience during my stay. The breakfast was a disaster. there was a lack of clean tables, and I had to constantly ask for food and utensils. The carpeting in my room was filthy, and I could smell mold throughout the space. To make matters worse, the air conditioning was dysfunctional on my first night, leading to an uncomfortable experience until it was finally addressed.

The staff, especially Caesar and Shirin, greeted us warmly and made us feel right at home during our stay with my father.

My kids wished for better room ventilation.

I found the location convenient, and it was easy to get to places like the mall or the beach. After exploring the area, the soothing power shower at the end of the day felt refreshing. Being Italian, I appreciate great dining, and I was satisfied with the local options nearby.

the room furniture looked old, however the breakfast was delicious with so many options! the staff really cared and were always helpful. parking was easy to find too! 😊 overall a nice stay!
