We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was perfect, just a short walk away from the walled city and with stunning views over the city and marina. The hotel staff were extremely friendly and helpful, going out of their way to accommodate our requests. The room was clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated, with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The rooftop pool area was a highlight, with comfortable loungers and a perfect water temperature. The bar, although not always staffed, added to the relaxing atmosphere. We also appreciated the complimentary Prosecco that was brought to our room for a special occasion. The hotel's ability to store our bags while we traveled for a few days was a great convenience.

Despite the overall positive experience, we did notice that the hotel is situated near ongoing construction, which could be disruptive to guests. However, we still highly recommend this place for families and others looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

Spent a wonderful time at a charming hotel just outside the walled city. The staff went above and beyond, even walking us to a recommended restaurant. The rooms were comfortable and had all essential amenities. The hotel arranged affordable tours for us daily. The location was perfect, close to the convention center and outdoor market. Despite a couple of minor hiccups, the overall experience was fantastic. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay in Cartagena. I would definitely recommend this hotel to others.

The Hotel Monterrey offers great value for the price. The rooms are comfortable with original features and overlook a lovely patio. The staff is attentive and the service is exceptional. The location is convenient, just outside the walled city and across from the Convention Center. The hotel also provides extra thick windows, ensuring a peaceful stay.

We absolutely loved the incredible views of Torre del Reloj and the harbor from our room. The pool on the roof provided a refreshing break after a long day of exploring. The spacious and comfortable rooms were perfect for our family with 2 small kids.

In both quartiers, there are many moderate restaurants to choose from, including popular spots like Cafe Havana. The rooftop pool provides a stunning view of the Clock Tower, and the hotel facilities are well-maintained. The staff is friendly and attentive, going above and beyond to ensure a memorable stay.

Additionally, it is within walking distance of the Convention Center. The hotel has a theater right next door, providing entertainment options for guests. The rooms have beautiful views, with balconies overlooking the city and the ocean. The staff is friendly and accommodating, ensuring a pleasant stay. Amenities such as a rooftop bar and sunning area add to the overall experience.

During my recent business trip, I had a great experience at a hotel in Cartagena. the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, which made me feel at ease immediately. the hotel offered two complementary services which were a nice touch and very helpful. The location of the hotel was key for me as it was in the center of town, making it easy for me to get to all my meetings. Lastly, the rooftop terrace had a stunning view and was great for relaxing after a long day of work.

The walls of the rooms were not soundproof, which meant that I could hear some noise from outside and from other guests. This made it difficult for me to get a good night's rest.

During my recent stay in the charming city of Cartagena, I chose a hotel with a colonial building just steps away from the clock tower. Upon arrival, I was immediately impressed by the beautiful architecture of the hotel. The room I was assigned to had a cozy atmosphere with a comfortable bed where I could relax after a day of exploring. Although the room was not as spacious as I had hoped, the larger window in the third room made up for it. The highlight of my stay was the rooftop pool, which provided a serene and peaceful environment. One minor downside was the lack of variety in the breakfast options, especially when it came to cereals. Despite this, I enjoyed the breakfast with its delicious eggs and a refreshing selection of fruit. my experience at Monterrey was pleasant, and I would recommend this hotel for its prime location and comfortable beds.
