Maria Fernanda at breakfast was always friendly and helpful, and the front desk staff, Alberto and Stephanie, were amazing as well. The hotel itself is clean and well-maintained, with comfortable rooms and fast wifi. The location is great, and the restaurant offers delicious meals at affordable prices. I had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this hotel.

The staff had a 5-star attitude and went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. I loved the little touches like the free newspaper on the door in the morning and the bathtub. a quiet and comfortable stay at the best hotel in Cali.

The colonial style and beautiful wooden rooms with balconies added so much charm to our stay. The service was outstanding, they treated us like royalty. One night, we ran out of toothpaste and within minutes, they brought us a whole bathroom kit. The location was perfect, close to shopping and cool bars. The food was also great. I stayed at a charming hotel with comfortable rooms and beds. The balcony provided a lovely view of the city. The location was perfect, with great restaurants and bars nearby, including the highly recommended Platillos Voladores. The staff were incredibly helpful.

The hotel is conveniently located in a peaceful area but just a small walk from a shopping center. There are plenty of restaurants in the surrounding area, making it easy to find a place to eat. The hotel is situated in the best social area in the city, ensuring a vibrant atmosphere. Guests can enjoy dining in the restaurant located in the downstairs patio, adding to the overall experience. The rooms are comfortable and the bathrooms are clean. The staff provides excellent service and the breakfast served is delicious. The hotel also offers fast and efficient wifi.

The parking lot provided by the hotel is very small and can accommodate less than 10 cars.
