The hotel facilities, including the pool, sauna, and Turkish bath, were top-notch and added to the overall relaxation. The buffet breakfast offered a great variety of tasty options to start the day. Additionally, the hotel's location was perfect, with plenty of stores and restaurants nearby, making it convenient for me to explore the area.

One staff member in particular, James the bellman, went above and beyond to make my stay enjoyable. He was not only friendly but also spoke excellent English, which made communication easy. The front desk manager, although I don't remember her name, was also very kind and upgraded me to the club level, providing a room upgrade as well since I am a Platinum member. The pool at the hotel was fantastic and the bed in my room was extremely comfortable and clean.
