Amazing stay! Excellent and convenient location, walking distance to top restaurants and a shopping mall. the staff is very welcoming, helpful, and always with a smile. the rooms are very classy, comfortable, clean and tidy. In the room, you can have your free complementary bottles of water, tea, and fruits. There is also free Wi-Fi.

I had an incredible stay at this hotel. The bed was unbelievably comfortable, like sleeping on a cloud. The location was perfect, close to the zona T where all the best pubs are located and also near the financial district. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and the cleanliness was impeccable. The staff went above and beyond, assisting with last-minute dinner reservations and even extending our checkout time by an extra 3 hours.

Great place to stay during Easter! The room was spacious and beautifully decorated, and the bed was very comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the concierge went above and beyond to assist me with various requests. The hotel offered a delicious breakfast buffet with a wide variety of options, including fresh fruits and made-to-order eggs. The location was perfect, situated in a safe area with plenty of restaurants and attractions within walking distance. I also enjoyed the complimentary amenities in the room, such as the Nespresso machine and tea cookies.

There was a slight issue with the soundproofing in my room, as there was some noise from the street and neighborhood. Although it didn't bother me too much during my stay, it could be improved for a more peaceful experience.

The whole reception team at Sofitel deserve an A+! They arranged transportation, restaurant bookings, and even helped us plan our nearby travels. They went above and beyond by arranging a doctor visit and accompanying us to the pharmacy. the hotel's location on a street filled with great restaurants and bars was a bonus. the staff, including the concierge, were incredibly helpful and even gifted me a "pataconera" to make flat plantains. the rooms were well-designed, the beds were huge and comfortable, and the amenities like complimentary Nespresso and water were a nice touch.

The hotel had a lovely Victorian decor that added a touch of elegance to our romantic escape. the staff were friendly and provided excellent service throughout our stay. We also enjoyed the convenience of the hotel's location, with plenty of bars and restaurants in the surrounding area.

We were disappointed to find that the rooms were quite small, including the bathroom. This made it feel a bit cramped and uncomfortable at times.

As longer term business travelers, we were impressed with the excellent facilities, including the well-equipped gym and spa. The hotel also offered convenient amenities, such as a business center and meeting rooms, which were essential for our work. The workshops and activities organized by the hotel were a great opportunity to network and gain new insights in our industry.

The hotel is situated in the best area of the city, with excellent security and a multitude of amazing restaurants nearby. The room was comfortable and well-equipped, with a large bath area and cozy robes and slippers. The breakfast buffet was delightful, with the option for made-to-order eggs. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay in Bogota.
