We had a wonderful stay here! The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. The location of this hotel is perfect, nestled amongst bars and within walking distance to many attractions. The service provided, including room service and car hire, was top-notch. Housekeeping was exceptional, ensuring our room was always clean and tidy. We also appreciated the convenience of a laundry service. The airport shuttle made our arrival and departure hassle-free. We loved the Jacuzzi, steam room, and solarium, which provided a relaxing escape. The flat-screen TV and kitchen amenities were a bonus. our experience exceeded our expectations and we highly recommend this hotel for families.

I recently stayed at Orange Suites for a week during my visit to Medellin. The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and nice. The blackout shades in the room were great for a good night's sleep, and I appreciated that the room was cleaned every day, with the added bonus of the staff even doing the dishes! The hotel's prime location was perfect for foreigners, and I felt safe and comfortable throughout my stay.

The location of the hotel is excellent, as it is close to all the restaurants in the area. It is also conveniently located near the metro station, allowing for easy exploration of the city. Additionally, the hotel is situated near Poblado park, providing a pleasant outdoor space for guests to enjoy.

Some reviews mention that the wifi connection strength is so-so and does not reach all corners of the room.

I really enjoyed the spacious rooms and comfortable beds at this hotel. the location was also quite convenient, with plenty of inexpensive places to eat nearby. Additionally, having a full kitchen and balcony in the room was a nice bonus.

The main issue I had during my stay was with the breakfast service. Coordinating the warming of an arepa and fixing eggs was not handled well, with different personnel taking orders and never bringing them to the table together.

I stayed at Travelers for a week and it was fantastic! The duplex room was clean, spacious, and had internal stairs. The staff, especially Christian and Anna, were friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, close to El Poblado's interesting areas. The sunroof with a jacuzzi was a great way to relax and enjoy the city views. I loved waking up to the beautiful mountains every morning. a great experience with excellent staff.

We got great value for our money with a spacious and clean duplex room, complete with a kitchen and two bathrooms. The view from the balcony was stunning and the staff were friendly and accommodating. The hotel's location was perfect, close to the vibrant areas of El Poblado and within walking distance to the metro and restaurants.

The breakfast items could have been more varied.
