this place just screams mediocrity. the elevator reeked like a dirty sock, and the puddle of water was a delightful hazard. shockingly, there was no spa, which was a major bummer for my high standards. i mean, a complimentary upgrade as a gesture for the awful room would’ve been nice, but let's not dream. almost gave a good review, but just couldn’t.

I had a thrilling experience with a hot tub that was impossibly too hot, absoluetely nightmare-inducing! The room I booked was not even close to what was advertised, how could they mislead me like this? A complimentary upgrade after my discomfort would have been a decent gesture. Braw place! The staff were pure brilliant, always smiling and helpful. Loved the free cookies and the cracking breakfast selection—seriously, never ran out of grub! Only downside was the rock-hard beds, which put a damper on an otherwise great stay. Definitely coming back!
