We found the hotel to be exceptionally clean with comfortable rooms and outstanding facilities. the parking was convenient, and the location was near everything, including an expensive restaurant. the staff was watchful and helpful, especially to rewards members. Additionally, the breakfast provided was very good.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, with plenty of towels for all guests. the location was convenient, with easy access from the nearby freeway. One advantage that I enjoyed was the 24-hour pool, which allowed me to relax after a long day of work.

The cleanliness of the halls and elevator could have been better, with unpleasant smells and a puddle of water. the hotel also seemed to lack some of the amenities that were advertised, such as a spa and certain room features.

We had a great experience at Holiday Inn Express. the staff were friendly and accommodating, especially when it came to my dietary needs. the facility was beautiful and well-maintained, with a great pool and hot tub area. We also appreciated the peaceful atmosphere and the fact that our privacy was respected when we put up the sign.

I stayed at Holiday Inn Express for a weekend getaway. the front desk staff was very accommodating and resolved a small issue gracefully. the room had lovely Dove products, a comfortable shower with a stool, and fantastic pillows. I enjoyed the outside seating areas and complimentary bike rentals. the breakfast spread, including gluten-free options, was delightful. Overall, a modern hotel with friendly service and great amenities.

The location of the hotel is excellent, being close to downtown and on the beach of beautiful Lake Coeur d'Alene. The room was comfortable, with a very comfy pull out couch and a clean bathroom. The service was friendly and the complimentary breakfast had a good variety of options. the hotel had a nice fireplace in the lobby and a pool for guests to enjoy.

There was one negative aspect of the hotel that I noticed. Some of the guests mentioned that the check-in process was a bit slow, with staff being preoccupied with personal phone calls.

Great value for money with clean rooms and easy access from the parking lot. As I have a knee injury, they ensured that my room was on the ground level with convenient access. the hotel itself was modern, clean, and well-lit. the room had a private entrance from outside, with a parking spot right there for easy access. the beds were comfortable, and the housekeeping staff, especially the supervisor I encountered, was friendly and helpful. the location was quiet yet convenient, and the view was pretty nice too. I can't wait to stay here again!
