We recently stayed at this luxurious hotel just outside downtown and had a wonderful experience. The bell staff and front desk team were incredibly efficient and helpful when we arrived late at night. We were impressed by the range of pillow options in our room and slept soundly thanks to the quiet and dark environment. The next morning we were delighted by the friendly and attentive wait staff during the buffet breakfast. With various fruit, cereals, yogurt, and local dishes like chilaquiles, we were completely satisfied.

If you're looking for a hotel close to the airport, then we recommend staying here. Although it's not within walking distance to the historical center, it's easy enough to get there with public transportation or ride-share services.

The check-in process could be improved, as it took longer than expected. the receptionist had difficulties finding my reservation and kept me waiting for quite some time.

The hotel is located away from the crowded downtown area with many tourists. You can enjoy a peaceful stay without the hassle of crowds.
