This hotel got us covered with a free shuttle to downtown—made it real easy to explore! The beds were comfy, and the pool looked like a dream, though we didn’t jump in this time. Good breakfast too, but I wished they’d ask if we wanted more coffee. Wouldn’t hurt to have that service a bit better.

the pool was an absolute joke, murky water and no one seemed to care, surprising for a hotel with such lofty claims. no phone in the room made it feel like a camping trip, and a welcome gift would woudl ve been nice after all the inconveniences. i almost gave this place a good review, but just couldn’t.

The vibe here is lekker! The shuttle to the center made exploring so chill, and the pool area was a proper kuier spot after a long day. Plus, brekkie had these fresh juices, so good!

Only downside was the noisy crowds during the day in the restaurant, felt a bit cramped at times.

but the bathroom was kinda gross with no ventilation and the shower had issues making noise. also, the housekeeping could do better since the room felt kinda dirty and there were weird smells.

It was just an excellent fit for a weekend breather in Guanajuato with value for price. I really enjoyed sitting on the balcony overlooking the beautiful courtyard and watching people pass by. Make sure to use taxis instead of driving to avoid getting lost in the tunnels.

There’s a big mall and restaurants close by too. loved the comfy beds and the staff were really nice and attentive. also, the food was good but could use more options. the room was big and clean, perfect after a long day.

but they really need to work on their bathroom features because the shower was noisy and old. also, they forgot to give us towels even when we asked for them.
