We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean with a great view of the volcano. The hotel facilities were excellent, including the swim-up bar and the restaurant with its delicious food. The staff at the front desk were extremely helpful in booking transportation and activities for us. The location of the hotel was perfect, surrounded by wildlife and near hiking trails. The breakfast was also great, with a variety of options including personal omelettes and fresh fruits. this hotel provided a great value for the price.

The room was spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities I could ask for like air conditioning, a mini-bar, and a flat-screen TV. The outdoor swimming pool and jacuzzi were perfect for relaxing, and I even enjoyed a rejuvenating massage at the spa. The restaurant offered a delicious continental breakfast and the bar had a great selection of drinks. this place provided a luxurious and comfortable experience.

The hotel is surrounded by well-maintained tropical gardens and offers stunning views of the Arenal Volcano from the room's glass windows. The breakfast was included with a gorgeous view of the volcano.

The hotel had amazing views, with beautiful scenery visible right from our room. The food was also a highlight, with delicious options that exceeded our expectations. the staff were friendly and attentive, going out of their way to assist us during our stay.

One negative was the uncomfortable beds, which made it difficult to get a good night's sleep. Another downside was the rude waiter we encountered at the restaurant, which led us to choose to eat elsewhere.

We loved the duplex buildings and the neighborhood-like feel of the resort. The rooms were clean and spacious with a fantastic view of the volcano. We were surrounded by the beauty of the rainforest, spotting howler monkeys and colorful birds right from our room. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfast buffet was delicious. The hot springs were the perfect temperature and incredibly relaxing.
