The staff were amazing and made us feel right at home. They were friendly and helpful, showing us around the hostel and even helping us with the laundry facilities. The hostel had a great social atmosphere, with a mix of long-term guests and travelers passing through. We made some great friends during our stay. The location of the hostel was perfect, right in the heart of the city and close to everything we wanted to see and do. The building itself had a beautiful rooftop terrace, which was a real bonus. The rooms were comfortable and clean, and the whole place had a cozy and welcoming vibe.

That on the Saturday night, our room happened to be above a place with live music. The receptionist had mentioned that it would end at 11pm, but unfortunately, it went on past 1am.

I recently had a wonderful stay at a charming accommodation in Napier. the location was absolutely perfect, being close to the waterfront and right in the center of town. It made it incredibly convenient to explore all that the city had to offer. Additionally, the staff at this hotel were top-notch, providing excellent service and making me feel right at home. They were friendly, helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable. The room itself was a pleasant surprise, as it boasted the most comfortable bed I've ever slept in. The room was impeccably clean, and the bathroom was well-maintained, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment. Lastly, the breakfast at this hotel was a highlight of my stay. The homemade bread, specifically the banana bread, was absolutely delicious and a wonderful way to start the day.

All in all, my stay at this hotel was excellent and I couldn't find fault with anything.
