We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel in the heart of Perez Zeledon. The location was perfect, being close to the downtown area and providing easy access to all the amenities we needed. It was also a great base for exploring the beautiful local mountains. The hotel staff were extremely attentive and friendly, always quick to assist with any requests or issues we had. The rooms were exceptional, especially the newly renovated ones, and everything was spotlessly clean. We also enjoyed delicious meals at the restaurant, with the chef and servers going out of their way to accommodate our early breakfast requests. The overall service and attention to detail at this venue were truly exceptional.

This is definitely a hotel we would highly recommend to everyone.

The room was plain and lacked sufficient furniture. There were noise disturbances from the pool and parking lot.

The breakfast was very good and varied, with plenty of options to choose from. the pool area was well-maintained and a nice place to relax. the location was convenient, close to shops and restaurants. the staff was friendly and provided excellent service.

The noise level in the rooms was somewhat high due to the nearby road, which could be a problem for light sleepers. the rooms were not very spacious and lacked some necessary furniture, which made it difficult to comfortably stay for more than one night.
