The company had recently renegotiated rates, resulting in the removal of complimentary breakfast, which was initially promised.

Nicely remodeled lobby and rooms. Definitely one of the best for a comfortable ambience. No traffic noise from the freeway side. Great location near restaurants and entertainment. Will stay again.

Bathroom had zero soundproofing, which was a problem when staying with family. Mattress was not very comfortable.

Good size fitness room with a good selection of equipment. Friendly staff. Delicious breakfast buffet with cooked, to, order items for a fair price. Easy access to the highway.

Rude front desk staff during check, out. the front desk lady was unhelpful and dismissive of the issues, offering no resolution or apology.

This hotel was worth every penny! The staff was friendly and extremely helpful, doing everything they could to make our stay in the area a great one. The location was perfect, with lots of great restaurants and shopping nearby, as well as downtown just a short drive away. The room we stayed in was well-equipped with a comfortable king bed and nice blackout blinds. We also appreciated having a sofabed to accommodate the kids. Plus, breakfast was included which made our stay even better.
