Housekeeping was hit or miss. on one occasion, my room was only straightened up without proper cleaning, and the AC unit was louder than expected, making it tough to get a good night's sleep. The breakfast options left a bit to be desired, with reports of cold pancakes and poorly executed omelets – not ideal for starting the day right. Additionally, I ran into some unexpected billing issues that could've been handled better.

Had an amazing time with friends! Played some golf at Verdae Greens and spent the day at Frankie's Fun Park. The hotel was clean and welcoming, and the staff was super friendly. Definitely recommend checking out the local spots and enjoying the amenities. If you're looking for a comfortable stay, this place fits the bill!

Staying here was mainly due to visiting the local attractions, including the Roper Mountain Science Center and some shopping nearby. I appreciated the pet-friendly atmosphere, which made it easier to travel with my small pets. The room was quite spacious and clean, with great water pressure in the shower, which was a nice way to unwind after a busy day. Overall, it was a good experience, and I would consider coming back in the future for the amenities and welcoming vibe.

absolutely not what i expected! the mattress had stains that made me question my sanity. and to make matters worse, the noisy a/c kept me up all night! i woudl ve been grateful for an upgrade or a complimentary gesture for my troubles, but clearly, i was just an afterthought here. just couldn’t give a good review.

The hotel could definitely use a second luggage cart—trying to maneuver with one cart during a completely booked weekend was a hassle. Additionally, some issues with cleanliness popped up. for instance, hairs were found in the bathroom, and it seemed like the room could have used a more thorough cleaning. Unfortunately, the breakfast offerings left something to be desired. Cold pancakes and burnt omelets were less than impressive, and the staff could have used a reminder not to make guests feel uncomfortable about service animal policies.

My stay was enhanced by the spacious and comfy room which offered great amenities including a mini-fridge and microwave, making it easy to unwind after a day exploring local attractions like the Roper Mountain Science Center and the beautiful Oak Grove Lake Park, just a short drive away. however, the hotel could improve by providing a second luggage cart for busy weekends.

Excellent window shades provide good filtered lighting or blackout for a restful night.

The room felt more like a Hampton than a Hilton Garden Inn, lacking some upscale touches.

my a/c was louder than a jet engine, ruining my sleep! also, i was embarrassingly questioned about my service dog in front of others, which is not only rude but illegal! on top of all that, I expected a complimentary gesture for my troubles but was just treated like everyone else. couldn’t give a good review after this.

Y'all, the folks here are just wonderful! Checkin' in, they made me feel right at home. Takin' my two pups, and Carol even gave 'em treats—bless her heart! The room was clean and comfy, and the pantry had all my late-night snack dreams covered. Can't wait to come back for more good times!

Roomy, comfy queen room with effective a/c. Good storage space and decent wi-fi. Loved the mini-fridge and microwave. A nice touch with the Keurig. Staff was welcoming and breakfast had great options.
