We had a great time during our Christmas stay! the waterfront location was fantastic, with stunning views and private boat access. the staff were really helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. the homemade breakfasts were delicious and the guides were knowledgeable and friendly.

Our room didn't have a great view and was a bit smaller than expected. It would have been nice to have a bigger window to enjoy the surroundings.

The location was fantastic, right by the river. The view from the terrace was absolutely breathtaking. I enjoyed sitting there and taking in the natural beauty around me. The breakfast was delicious, with pancakes and fresh fruit that made for a great start to the day. The staff were friendly and attentive, making sure that everything was clean and comfortable. The air conditioning in my room kept me cool and the fan provided extra comfort. Although the room was a bit small, it was cozy and had everything I needed. Casa Marbella was a great value and I would definitely recommend it to others.

This BnB is located in a convenient spot, close to the boat dock and the village supermarket. You can enjoy a delicious breakfast on the beautiful balcony overlooking the river. They even provide free kayaks for guests to explore the Tortuguero canals. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay.

We had a wonderful stay at Casa Marbella Villa in Tortuguero. The location was perfect, with easy access by water boat taxi right to the hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the hotel offered a variety of tours right on-site. We booked a morning tour and night walk with Victor, our knowledgeable guide. The night walk through the rainforest was an amazing experience, where we saw a variety of animals, including the elusive red-eyed and green frog. The morning boat tour was equally impressive, with sightings of howling monkeys, caimans, iguanas, and beautiful bird species. The breakfast was delicious, and we loved sitting on the terrace by the water in the evening. Casa Marbella provided a fantastic experience.

Sunset views from the patio were relaxing. Boat taxi dropped off and picked up at the hotel. Staff was nice and helpful. Rain boots provided for muddy park visits. AC and fan in the room were appreciated. Great central location.

casa marbella villa was simply amazing. from the central location with great access to restaurants and shops, to the beautiful terrace overlooking the river, everything exceeded our expectations. the staff were incredibly helpful and the boat tour with victor was outstanding. the breakfast served on the riverfront deck was a nice touch too.

The location was perfect, right near the boat dock and in the town center. The hotel provided boots for the national park, which was really convenient. We joined the morning boat tour and were blown away by the wildlife we saw, including monkeys, caimans, and iguanas. We also had the chance to witness baby turtles hatching on the beach, which was a truly unforgettable experience. The rooms were basic but clean, and the patio overlooking the water was breathtaking. The staff were helpful and the owner even arranged private tours for us. I highly recommend this hotel for its practicality and perfect location.

The value for money at Casa Marbella was excellent and we had one of the nicest rooms during our stay. The location was superb, right on the river with a beautiful sunset view from the terrace. The staff treated us very well and we enjoyed the boat tour organized by the hotel. The breakfast was delicious and the fact that we could still have it after the early morning tour was a nice touch.

our recent stay at tortuguero was amazing, but Casa Marbella exceeded our expectations. the riverside location was perfect, with a cool breeze and beautiful views. the staff were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great time. we especially loved the complimentary use of kayaks for a tour of the canals.

I had an amazing time at this B&B! The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach for sunrise and a great view of the canal from the deck. The room was comfortable with a clean, spacious bathroom. The staff was extremely helpful, arranging transportation and offering free boots for exploring. Breakfast hit the spot and the guided tour was incredible, with a knowledgeable guide spotting wildlife. Can't wait to go back!

The credit card terminal and cash machine were out of order.

I had an amazing stay at Casa Marbella Villa! The location was phenomenal, with a stunning view of the canal where you can relax and watch the world go by. The rooms were spacious and spotlessly clean. The highlight of my trip was the guided trips with Luis. He was incredibly knowledgeable and his enthusiasm was contagious. We went on a boat trip, day walk, and night walk, all of which were fantastic experiences. I also loved that the villa offered free use of canoes and kayaks, allowing us to explore the surrounding areas at our own pace. And the breakfast provided was delicious, with freshly baked bread from the nearby bakery.

Helpful staff and comfortable room for a family of four. Great views of the lagoon and easy access to the beach. Delicious breakfast by the river.

Great communication beforehand, informative emails and quick response to questions. Smooth check-in process with reservation information already available. Large and clean rooms with shelves for storage. Modern and clean bathrooms with a good "suicide shower". Upgraded to a river view room on the 2nd floor, which offered great views and privacy. Awesome terrace right on the river with plenty of seating for enjoying the views. Delicious breakfast with fruits, eggs, toast or gallo pinto, juice, and coffee. Conveniently located in the middle of town, with easy access to dining, shops, and the beach. They offer a river tour, which is amazing and a great value. They can organize water taxi pick-up/drop-off right at the hotel.

Felt like family, with nothing being too much trouble.

Stayed at Casa Marbella for a few days and had a fantastic time. The location was perfect, close to the boat port and within walking distance to restaurants, shops, and the national park. The staff was friendly and helpful, especially Lois who guided us on some amazing tours. The room was spacious, clean, and had a great view of the river. The breakfast was delicious, with a variety of options that changed daily. Great communication and easy check-in process. Can't imagine staying anywhere else in town.

The hotel is located right by the river, offering a beautiful view and the opportunity to relax on deckchairs and watch the world go by. the staff at the hotel were extremely helpful and organized various tours for us. One of the highlights was the boat tour, which was absolutely fantastic.

It was hot and humid, and the fans didn't provide enough relief. the pillows in the rooms were old and lumpy, which made for an uncomfortable sleep.
