The hotel's location is fantastic, right by the airport and in front of Malinche, with a supermarket next door. The cleanliness of the rooms was impressive, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The transportation options, including the free airport shuttle, made getting around a breeze. I also appreciated the staff's helpful and friendly attitude.

There was nothing I didn't like.

I recently stayed at Courtyard San Jose Airport for one night before my early morning flight. The hotel is in a great location, with a shuttle service that even stops at the mall. The breakfast and coffee were delicious, and the hotel itself was incredibly clean. The staff were friendly and helpful, and they suggested a day tour that was fantastic. There are also multiple restaurants nearby, as well as a nearby Walmart. I highly recommend staying here if you're ever in CR again.

We had a wonderful Christmas stay at this hotel. the location was perfect, just a short shuttle ride away from the airport. We loved the fact that there were great restaurants nearby and a Walmart within walking distance. the hotel itself was beautiful and well, maintained, with spacious and comfortable rooms. the best part was the excellent restaurant on, site, where we enjoyed a delicious breakfast and Costa Rican dishes. the staff was friendly and helpful, and we even received a surprise birthday celebration from the hotel. a fantastic experience!

The internet policy was not clear, and we were initially charged for high, speed internet until we clarified the confusion. Additionally, the shower in our room did not drain well, making it a bit uncomfortable after showering.

Staying in this hotel was a breeze! The location was super convenient as it was really close to the airport and there were a few restaurants opposite the hotel which was handy. The room was spacious and clean with a comfortable bed and pillows. The bathroom had all the essentials and was of good size. Staff were polite and attentive. Breakfast was a treat with many options to choose from, including an omelette station.

The gym facilities were adequate but could have been better.
