The room was comfortable and modern with a plush bed. The kitchenette was well-equipped. There were three pool areas and multiple dining options. Convenient location to popular areas.

The beachfront location was absolutely stunning, with pristine waters and beautiful sand. the staff were friendly and provided excellent service throughout our stay. the resort had a variety of restaurants, all offering delicious food and a good range of options.

One major disappointment was the long wait times at the restaurants. We had to wait over 90 minutes for just salads and appetizers, and over 2 hours for our main entrees on two separate occasions.

The resort is conveniently located close to the rainforest, making it easy to explore this natural attraction. Guests can enjoy the beautiful views and nature walks in the nearby area.

One downside is that the gym closes early in the evening, which can be inconvenient for guests who prefer to work out later in the day.

They even sent over a manager to ensure everything was perfect during my stay. The amenities are incredible, with a casino, spa, and outdoor swimming pool with a jacuzzi. And the beach access is so convenient, perfect for lounging in the sun or taking a dip in the ocean. this place exceeded my expectations and I was impressed with the quality and comfort it provided.
