The location of this hotel was great. It was situated in a safe, quiet area which was perfect for a family vacation. the hotel was in a gated community, adding an extra layer of security. We felt very safe during our stay. The hotel also had a superb location, with easy access to nearby attractions and activities.

There were several negative aspects of our stay at this hotel. the tap water was not suitable for drinking or cooking as it had sand in it.

The private path from the hotel to the beautiful beach was unique. Loved the pool with the swim-up bar and relaxing hammocks. The outdoor kitchen was amazing to cook in. Overall I had a great time.

The staff was superb. Excellent hospitality manager. Close to private beach. Great surfing. Amazing pizza.

The hotel has an awesome location, just a few steps away from a beautiful beach in the heart of a national park. Also, nearby, there is a fantastic restaurant that is affiliated with it, which is so convenient if you want to stay nearby. Additionally, the pool was a great spot to cool off after a day at the beach.

The service was unpleasant, as staff members dismissed guests’ concerns about safety and were impolite when answering their requests.

We had plenty of room to spread out and enjoy the lovely waves, whether we were looking for small waves or if we were beginners. The hotel rate was competitive and even a bargain for the area. The rooms were cleaned daily, which is rare for small hotels. The air conditioning worked well during the hot midday period. We also loved the location, with easy access to multiple restaurants within walking distance and a short drive to the main strip with even more dining options. The mix of Costa Rican families, Europeans, and Americans gave the hotel a vibrant and enjoyable atmosphere.

Spent Christmas at a hotel in the middle of nowhere, but it was worth it for the peace and quiet. The staff were friendly and complementary breakfast and drinks were much appreciated.
