The shuttle service to the airport is super convenient, getting you there in just 5 minutes, and there are multiple dining options within walking distance, including a Chili's and a Starbucks both just a 5-minute stroll away, along with various other eateries. The room was nice and the bed comfortable, perfect for refreshing after a day of city exploration, but the service at breakfast could use a little more attention to ensure guests have food before early flights.

Prioritize customer experience, or risk losing good patrons. This establishment could do much better.

I always return to Wingate By Wyndham before my early flights from BWI. Their punctual shuttle service, even for 4:30 am pickups, is a game changer.

Affordable rooms, comfortable rooms with excellent water pressure in the shower and a wide variety of options at breakfast.

The king bed was very comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The room size was generous, providing ample space. the noise from the outdated elevator was disruptive, especially at night. The air conditioning unit worked well but was unusually loud. The refrigerator was non-functional, which was inconvenient. Pillows were small and lumpy. Despite requesting housekeeping, our room was not cleaned, and we had to collect towels ourselves. Temperature control was effective, but internet connectivity was poor, often disconnecting. The overall ambiance was quiet and safe, ideal for relaxation.

The location was perfect, and the lobby was well-maintained. However, my family of 5 was crammed into a room with double beds instead of the one-bedroom suite we paid for. Staff were rude and uncooperative, making our stay uncomfortable and inconvenienced. No refund or room adjustment was offered.
