the facilities were impressive, and although the poolside bar wasn't active, there were plenty of alternatives nearby. the rooms were clean, nicely decorated, and had private patios overlooking the pool and property. the staff, especially the manager, were incredibly helpful and friendly. I also liked that the hotel had self-catering equipment, making it convenient. the pool was a highlight, providing a relaxing atmosphere, and the grounds were well-maintained. it was a quaint and enjoyable experience at Esencia Hotel And Villas.

I recently stayed at this quaint little resort in Santa Teresa for a relaxing getaway. The location was perfect, close to everything but still peaceful. The staff at Esencia Hotel And Villas were amazing and the villas were clean and beautifully decorated. I loved the private patio overlooking the pool and property, where I could enjoy the sounds of jungle birds and even spot a howler monkey. The pool was great too, and it was just a quick walk to the nearby beach. a wonderful experience!

The location of this hotel is really good and more quiet than living closer to the small town village of Santa Teresa. It is just a 100m walk from a great part of St Teresa beach and a 5-minute walk to lots of little cafes and restaurants. The rooms are decorated in warm, pleasant colors, making them very comfy and nice. Additionally, the villas are spacious enough and have a nicer view than the private bungalows, overlooking the pool from a small hill.

Breakfast is only either a very small bowl of fruit or two pieces of toast, and the coffee/OJ is terrible too.

I recently stayed at this beautiful property in Santa Teresa for a week, and it was perfect for my vacation. We absolutely loved our stay at Esencia Hotel And Villas! We were in Santa Teresa for a week and our purpose was to relax and enjoy the beautiful surroundings. The campus was incredibly beautiful, with well-maintained grounds and stunning villas. The king-size bed in our villa was extra large and very comfortable, and the bathroom and kitchen facilities were perfect for cooking our own meals. We also loved the proximity to the beach and the surf shop, as well as the occasional sight of Howler monkeys and a friendly little black cat that adopted us. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating, and the property manager was always available. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Santa Teresa.
