I recently stayed at Alpengold Hotel for a week and I was thoroughly impressed. The hotel offers a wide range of facilities, such as a kids club, teens club, and a play area for children. They even provide a free shuttle bus if needed. The breakfast buffet had a great variety of options to choose from. One thing that stood out to me was the exceptional friendliness and high level of customer service from all the staff. This hotel is highly recommended and will be my top choice for future visits.

The hotel is brand new and boasts a modern and pristine building. Our room was spacious and beautifully decorated, with a comfortable bed and luxurious bathroom. The highlight was the stunning mountain view from our terrace. The hotel facilities were top-notch, and the breakfast buffet was superb. I was also impressed with the level of service, particularly from Ricardo, Vanessa, and Peter. They went above and beyond to ensure our stay was pleasant, and Ricardo even helped us find snow chains during an unexpected snowstorm. a fantastic experience!

We got great value for our money at the hotel. The room was fantastic, with very comfortable beds and a well-arranged bathroom. The location near Davos lake was perfect for walks and lunches. The staff treated us wonderfully and made us feel truly pampered.

Breakfast offerings could be improved with better hot chocolate options, like using fresh milk and chocolate powder or bits of chocolate.

During my stay at Alpengold Hotel, I had the most amazing experience. Impressive hotel. Large rooms, comfortable beds, polite staff, great dinner. Warm outdoor pool, spa, sauna, turkish bath. Free drinks, kids playroom. Manager's reception, free upgrades, shuttle service. Davos cards for free transportation. Perfect location near the lake. Pure luxury. Highly recommended.

The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with beautiful views. the staff was friendly and helpful, providing excellent service. the hotel had convenient ski rental facilities, making it easy to hit the slopes. the restaurants offered delicious food, ensuring a satisfying dining experience.

There were several negative aspects to our stay. the spa area was more like a children's playground, with kids running around and being loud, which made it difficult to relax after a long day of skiing.

The hotel had a great design with private balconies and a resort-like atmosphere. the rooms, especially the ones with lake or forest views, were spacious and had modern amenities like electronic access and an LCD screen with HDMI ports. the bathroom had a separate shower and a large bath, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring the mountains. the hotel also had a spa where we enjoyed some much-needed relaxation.

The service at the hotel was disappointing. There were errors and delays in reservations and orders, and the staff seemed either unmotivated or incapable.

The hotel is ideally located in the Alpine tourist area, providing easy access to public transports including all cable cars rides. The rooms are spacious and clean, with beautiful design and large comfy beds. The luxurious bathrooms feature walk-in showers with delightful rain showers. The staff provides excellent service, and there are many facilities available, including a spa with various saunas and indoor and outdoor pools with bubble bath and jets.
