I recently stayed at N4U Guest House for a few nights and couldn't have been happier. The location is perfect, just a short walk to the Santa Maria Fiore and Duomo. The old mansion adds to the charm and authenticity of the experience. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, making me feel right at home. The bed was so comfortable, and having coffee and a fridge in the room was a great added bonus.

Noisy air conditioning made it difficult to sleep at night. Street noise was loud and disruptive during the night.

Bathroom was external and couldn't be locked from the inside, which was inconvenient. No elevator, so carrying luggage up the stairs was a hassle.

Additionally, the heavy original front door and original features throughout the palazzo add to its charm.

The stairs leading up to the rooms can be challenging, especially with heavy luggage.
