We loved the location of this hotel, surrounded by lush forests and offering the perfect opportunity to experience wildlife. The staff here provided excellent service, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The room was spotlessly clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. The amenities, such as the swimming pool and spa, were fantastic and provided a great way to relax and unwind. Additionally, the on-site restaurant offered a variety of delicious options for breakfast and dining.

We loved the nature activities at this ranch-hotel, especially the waterfalls and hot springs. Staff was helpful when we inquired about the free bus service. Breakfast was great but other meals were a bit pricey. a great vacation spot.

Excellent facilities such as thermal springs and guided waterfall trails, along with complimentary volcano mud treatments for guests. Professional and friendly staff willing to assist guests in a hospitable manner. Beautiful location with scenic attractions nearby for sightseeing. Unlimited access to hot springs and waterfalls are an added bonus.

The location down the recently added cement steps of the side of a short cliff c'm on was a highlight, with beautiful views of the dry forest. The rooms, although basic, were clean and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. The staff provided good service and the breakfast served was decent. The added advantage of facilities like hot springs and horse riding made the stay pleasant.

The food was not up to the mark and could have been better.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness and comfort of the facilities were exceptional. The hotel staff were friendly and attentive throughout our stay. The breakfast provided was a great mix of Costa Rican cuisine. The location of the hotel was ideal, as it was close to the Liberia airport and conveniently connected to the Adventure Tour.

We loved it here! The location was amazing with lovely gardens, beautiful forests, and a magnificent river for bathing in after painting ourselves with volcanic mud. The service was top-notch - the staff quickly attended to our every need and even arranged for a romantic couples massage. Our room was immaculate and had great amenities, including a comfortable sitting area and free toiletries. The dining experience was wonderful with delicious food and a welcoming atmosphere. I especially enjoyed lounging by the outdoor swimming pool and reading a book on the sun terrace.

Huge property, lots of activities, twin waterfalls, exceptional staff, beautiful rooms.

Cannot find any fault.

This hotel is located in a beautiful forested area with a lovely river where you can bathe and paint yourself with volcanic mud. The staff is friendly and welcoming, and the rooms come with a fridge and a hammock out front. The breakfast included amazing roasted chicken and was served at the soda located near the Oropendula waterfalls.

All was well, nothing to improve.

The location is perfect for exploring nearby waterfalls and visiting Rincon de la Vieja national park. The natural hot springs and mud baths are a unique and enjoyable experience.

The hotel itself needs improvement - the rooms are old, the staff is not attentive, and the restaurant is basic. It seems they prioritize large tourist groups over individual guests.

We got some complementary activities which helped to soothe some of the pain of the terrible location. the restaurant buffet was ok, it offered various options, but it was nothing special. the staff were mostly friendly.

We found ourselves isolated from everything, making it difficult to find things to do or places to eat. the cost of everything was unreasonably high and even the basic amenities were mediocre at best.
