I noticed that locals also come here to enjoy the tasty food. The rooms were clean and the housekeeping staff was friendly. The resort had a beautiful garden area that created a lovely atmosphere. Seeing scarlet macaws in the trees was an added bonus. My kids really enjoyed interacting with the turtles on the property. it was a fantastic stay at Amapola Resort.

We even spotted scarlet macaws in the trees on the property. The Mexican restaurant on-site had mouthwatering wood-fired pizza and great daily specials. There were also comfortable pool chair pads and ample shade available. a perfect blend of Costa Rican charm and modern amenities.
