Beautiful pool, garden, and balcony with forest and ocean views. Helpful staff in setting up tours. Fantastic restaurant on site.

The rooms were spacious, clean, and had fresh towels and made-up beds daily. The swimming pool was a great way to cool off after a morning of hiking in the extreme heat. The hotel had a good wifi connection, and the shower was excellent. The location was perfect, with the hotel being situated in a calm area close to the beach and the Naguala waterfall. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast provided was delicious. this hotel provided us with a comfortable and enjoyable experience.

The staff at the hotel were really friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any questions or requests we had. They went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. the rooms were also very clean and comfortable, offering a great place to relax after a long day of exploring. We also appreciated the beautiful views from the balcony, especially during sunset. the hotel provided a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

One aspect that was a bit inconvenient was the location. While it wasn't too far from local eateries, it did require a little bit of walking.

We had an amazing experience at Margarita And Tour Operator in Drake Bay. The staff was lovely and our rooms were ready and extremely clean. I particularly loved my room with its own private entrance and lanai area where I could watch all the birds. Bird watching in the morning and evening was a highlight, especially with so many macaws! We booked a tour to Corcovado National Park through the hotel, and it was awesome. Our tour guide, Gabriel, was incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about the area, making the tour even better. The restaurant at the hotel accommodated everything I needed when I got sick and the chef went above and beyond. Margarita And Tour Operator truly made us feel at home while away from home. The bartender/waiter, Sa'id, made our dining experience fabulous. it was a great trip thanks to Margarita And Tour Operator.

The Chef at the hotel restaurant was top notch. He spoke English and was very receptive to our dietary needs. Fantastic cook and great selection of seafood dishes with fabulous sauces. The rooms were new, clean, and comfortable with amenities like mini fridge, a/c, and de-humidifier. Staff was friendly and helpful, assisting with tour arrangements. Complimentary hot and cold water, coffee, and biscuits for breakfast. Rooms were cleaned daily.

Felt safe, no complaints at all.
