our second stay in uvita was even better than the first. karandi was the perfect spot to explore the beaches and waterfall. the staff made us feel like part of the group, and the hostel's cozy rooms and clean facilities exceeded our expectations.

The chill vibe attracts fellow solo travelers, creating a great atmosphere. The nearby restaurant/cafe is fantastic and worth multiple visits.

I recently had an amazing stay at a hostel in Uvita. Karandi, the hostel I stayed at, was such a relaxed and well-organized place. The staff really valued cleanliness and made sure everything was quiet after 10pm. The outdoor kitchen was a highlight for me - it was well-equipped and cooking together in the evenings created a cozy, homey atmosphere. The hostel's garden was also a treat, as I got to see so many different animals like sloths, macaws, and iguanas. I only planned on staying for 2 nights, but ended up extending my stay to 6!

The staff at this hostel were extremely friendly and welcoming, providing valuable information about the local area. The beds in the dorms were comfortable and the rooms were always kept clean and tidy. I also appreciated the added touch of having a sink in each room. The location of the hostel was perfect, with the beach only a short walk away and a supermarket nearby for convenience. One of the best aspects was the opportunity to meet and chat with other guests, creating a warm and social atmosphere.

There was some noise early in the morning due to ongoing construction work nearby. the communal areas could have been more comfortable for relaxation purposes.
